Openaxyz is on a secure server and designed to accommodate enterprise security controls. Strict user permissions have been created which are set by administrators and facilitators. The neat design is build on top of a powerful functional and process centric platform, ensuring it is technically superior, secure and reliable. Openaxyz is developed on a globally recognized world class powerful content management system which is utilized by various blue chip organizations around the world.

Openaxyz is an agile method and toolset. It takes about one day to complete an executive canvas, two days to complete a next level management canvas, and three days to complete the middle management canvas (during group facilitated workshops).

It would take about two hours of managers’ time each month to review and update their status and measurements. The reports are then ready to use for strategic conversations during team meetings.

It is very easy to structure your current information on the toolset, and thereafter enrich it.

It takes on average two hours to train users in understanding the framing technique, the AXYZ logic and matrix technique and how to navigate effectively on the toolset. Openaxyz is very intuitive and built around the user experience to make it easy for users to adopt.

We also train users in strategy execution while they build their own content on the toolset. These workshops last from one to two days. Users return to their desks with their ideas set up and ready to implement.
